Our Christmas message this year was that in Jesus Christ there is real, solid hope. God has reached out to us whoever we are to give us firm ground to stand on in uncertain times. But that message is not just a Christmas message. It is not just a story we tell ourselves while the fairly lights are turned on. It is a message which stays true beyond that into the uncertainties of a new year. Bible Together – Acts
Our church, and any who would like to join in, are studying one of the Bible books, Acts, together over the next few months. We are each reading set chapters of Acts each week. Then on Wednesday evenings we are getting together on Zoom to discuss the passage we have read. And on Sundays (mostly but with one or two exceptions) our Bible talks will deal with selected parts of Acts that we are reading at that time.
The Bible is an incredible book, its writings all speak powerfully of God and what he has done in this world – so we are expecting great things from studying it together.
